Course Overview:
This training course is designed to teach employees about communication strategies and how to improve their communication skills within the workplace and in their personal lives. It will also look at the different methods of communication, how to overcome communication barriers, and what non-verbal communication is.

  • How to understand communication barriers.

  • How to use pitch, tone and speed to convey messages.

  • How to communicate through body language and gestures.

  • How to use questions to gather information and clarify facts.

  • What active listening is and how to listen better.

  • What appreciative inquiry is and its purpose.

  • Tips to improve conversation and networking.

Designed for
This course is designed for organisation-wide delivery and provides employees and employers with basic and advanced communication strategies to help improve their communication skills inside and outside of the workplace.

Refund Policy

Non-digital products may be returned for a refund provided they are sent back within 10 days of delivery.
