This course is designed for organisation-wide delivery and provides employees and employers with general knowledge of the workplace requirements, privacy principles, and best practices relating to using social media in and outside of the workplace.

Outcomes
On successful completion of this course, employees will have the necessary information to be able to use social media as a productive tool in and outside of the workplace. Employees will also know what information to avoid posting online, how to treat their co-workers online, and what privacy precautions to take when talking about work or work-related business online.
