This is a checklist of general standards and practical pointers for managers of commercial, retail and industrial buildings in South Australia.

The checklist identifies:

  1. Statutory and other recommended requirements - these are guides to obligations under legislation or standards recommended to achieve industry best practise.
  2. Records - these are recommended for professional management to ensure an adequate written history of maintenance and management exists.
  3. Practical pointers - those measures which experience has suggested are useful in ensuring the effective and efficient functioning of properties.

Refund Policy

Non-digital products may be returned for a refund provided they are sent back within 10 days of delivery. The product must be returned in its original condition accompanied by the invoice in order to receive a refund. Refunds will be made to the same credit card that was charged for the original purchase when the returned product is received. If the wrong product was mistakenly delivered to you, the correct product will be resent to you. All digital products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. We do not offer change of mind refund for all digital products. The purchaser is responsible for the choice of all digital product purchases.
