Property Council contributor rewarded with promotion
Jackson McDonald is proud to promote Bianca McGoldrick to partner in its growing vibrant real estate practice. Jackson McDonald’s real estate practice covers all forms of commercial real estate and land development law for various national clients operating in WA as well as many locally grown organisations.
Bianca McGoldrick along with partners Simon Moen, Matthew Reid and Ryan Chorley lead a team of property lawyers whose work areas include green fields land subdivision, urban renewal developments, sales and purchases, leasing, mixed-use strata schemes and seniors housing projects. Each partner has a particular focus which compliments each other.
Bianca has over 20 years’ experience as a general property lawyer. Her focus is on the seniors housing sector and includes work on the development, operation and disposal of aged care and retirement living assets. Bianca also advises on leasing for a variety of government developments and metropolitan office, industrial and retail clients. Bianca is a passionate member of the Property Council’s Retirement Living Committee who regularly assists with advocacy and is willing to share her wealth of knowledge regarding the challenges faced in the sector.
Simon is a highly regarded and experienced real property lawyer. For the duration of his career, he has practised in all areas of real estate and land development law. Simon advises owners, property developers, major tenants, government entities and not for profit organisations in relation to their real estate needs.
Matthew is a skilled and experienced litigation and disputes lawyer. He assists clients with resolving commercial disputes across a wide range of areas with a focus on commercial and retail property disputes.
Jackson McDonald encourages diversity and embraces flexible working arrangements. Bianca works flexibly to accommodate her young family, and has continued to be a role model to her team and the broader firm around commitment to work and family as her career has progressed.
