Do you have state or local government experience and knowledge of property? Edge Recruitment are looking to add experienced property contractors to their team who are available to undertake 3-6 month assignments in local and state government departments. With genuine opportunities there are vacant roles ready to be filled now.
This is a great opportunity to use your existing knowledge and build on it in a new environment. Working in busy property department, key duties will include:
- managing a portfolio of diverse assets
- negotiating and managing new leases, licences and renewals
- general project work
To be considered it is essential that you have prior experience or exposure to state or local government with a solid understanding of property and lease management. Intermediate computer skills and a current driver’s licence will also be required.
