QLD Senior Policy Advisor
Reporting to the QLD Deputy Executive Director, this role proactively identifies opportunities that further the organisation's policy agenda, securing the appropriate internal support to pursue policy efforts. This role also develops policy positions to put to state and local government, incorporating strong member input, influencing the legislative and political process.  This role coordinates and participates in high level committees and working groups, routinely generating content for the most senior leaders of the organisation and developing advocacy related communications to support our alliances, events, member communications, media statements and key correspondence.

WA Policy Advisor - Planning & Research
Reporting to the WA Deputy Executive Director, this role has a strong focus on the WA planning system and its impact on the property industry. The role will switch between conducting research, preparing submissions, preparing correspondence to politicians, political candidates and other stakeholders, through to designing policy-related seminars and advocacy related materials to support events.

WA Executive Assistant / Events Assistant
Reporting to the WA Executive Director, this role provides the WA Executive Director with a high level of administrative & operational support, and also provides administrative support to the WA Events team ensuring all events run smoothly and to budget whilst meeting the expectations of Property Council members and sponsors.

VIC Executive Assistant
Reporting to the VIC Executive Director, this role provides executive coordination and administrative support to our VIC Executive Director, Deputy Executive Director and Commercial Director.  This role is much more than a traditional Executive Assistant role, as the EA plays an important part in the overall success of the VIC team. The EA role positively contributes to workplace culture, managing processes and systems to ensure the efficient running of the office.

Reporting to the VIC Deputy Executive Director, this role requires a demonstrated understanding of legislative and policy development processes, combined with strong stakeholder engagement experience. The role develops, advocates and communicates public policy positions that progress the VIC Division's policy & advocacy priorities. This role has a strong focus on developing and implementing communications and media strategies for the Division, as well as identifying and securing relevant media opportunities, including specialist and mainstream media.
