The Events Coordinator is responsible for delivering the logistics for designated events in the ACT Division ensuring all events run smoothly and to budget whilst meeting the expectations of Property Council members and sponsors.

Key responsibilities include, event management and delivery, events registration and concierge along with event marketing.

To be successful in this role you’ll need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly verbal, and can adapt to style and medium to suit message and audience.

2 x Membership Relationship Managers – Permanent role AND parental leave contract – flexible with location

The role is responsible for retention and development of an assigned portfolio of companies, organisations and associations across Australia.  

This includes actively contributing to the business plan, operating framework and marketing/communications of Membership Central which is in alignment and supports member satisfaction and growth across Property Council.

A strategic and financial component is a part of the role rounding off what is a unique opportunity with a variety of responsibilities.

Proven skills in building quality relationships and engaging stakeholders effectively are essential to be successful in this role.

The permanent role is an immediate requirement and parental leave contract commences in September. Length of contract TBC (approximately 6 months).

National Acquisition Manager – Permanent role – flexible with location

The role is responsible for driving acquisitions of member companies nationally for the Property Council.  

This includes actively prospecting and managing lead sources through to the conversion to membership.

Additional responsibilities include implementing new member strategies, partnering with organisations to commercially align and managing the member onboarding process.

Experience in new business development, conversation and negotiation are essential to be successful in this role.
