NORTHSHORE HAMILTON

Thursday 26th April saw a record attendance over 220+ young property professionals selling out the second Future Directions event for 2007.

Bevan Lynch – Executive Chairman, ML Design, David McLachlan – Councillor Hamilton Ward, and Jenny Ryan – Acting General Manger - Northshore Development, Port of Brisbane Corporation spoke on the Hamilton Northshore development located between Kingsford Smith Drive and the Brisbane River, east of the Portside Wharf and cruise ship terminal development.

This impressive proposed 80ha development will feature public access to approximately two kilometres of formerly inaccessible waterfront, river walks, public parks, cycle ways, and retail and commercial outlets once completed.

The Property Council of Australia & Future Directions Committee thanks David, Bevan and Jenny for their support and very informative presentations.
