Sector Report Card Delivered!
PROPERTY COUNCIL OF
AUSTRALIA - 27 July 2006
On Thursday 27th July, over 150 young
property professionals gathered at the Rugby Club Downtown
to listen to Michael Matusik, Managing Director of Matusik
Property Insights and Matt Kearney, State Director, Office
and Retail Leasing for Colliers International, give an end
of financial year sector report card. Matt Kearney gave a
comprehensive presentation and analysis of the performance
of the tightening commercial property sector in terms of the
low vacancy market. Michael Matusik delivered invaluable
insight into the residential sector, giving his views on how
he thought the market performed as well as sharing his 7
point strategy for the residential market, available at
