4th
Annual Day out at the Races.
Whips
were cracking, Heels were sinking and dresses were flowing
for the 4th Annual Property Council of Australia’s Future
Directions – Day out at the Race’s sponsored by Consolidated
Properties.
The 120 guests were treated to fresh seafood, fabulous
salads and endless champagne and beer.
Richard Seymore from Cooper Grace Ward headed up the Cooper
Grace Ward Fashion on the Field presenting the Male and
Female winners with their prizes.
This year also saw the first inclusion of our very on TAB
tote facilities within our marquee which enabled quick
betting and quick payouts.
It was good to see many smiling faces after each race
result, and even funnier the tantrums thrown by the losing
punters.
With over 120 guests in attendance, the day went off without
a hitch thanks to the tireless organisational efforts of the
lovely Property Council of Australia Team.
Once again the FD committee would like to thank all the days
sponsors, Consolidated Properties, Cooper Grace Ward and
Rider Levett Bucknall for once again supporting this
successfully annual event.
We hope to see a larger gathering next year for a new look
event
