TOD proves popular with young people in property

Last night saw the largest ever gathering of FUTURE
DIRECTIONS: young people in property for the April cocktail
event. Over 230 young property professionals (and a
few slightly more senior professionals) turned out to hear
TOD experts Jeff Humpreys (Humphreys Reynold Perkins),
Matthew Miller (FKP Limited) and Malcolm Snow (South Bank
Corporation) discuss what TOD is and how transit oriented
developments are becoming a more frequent form of
development for the Nation's fastest growing region.
