Future Directions are proud to be a member of the YPA!

Recently established, the Young Professional Alliance (YPA) brings together a wide range of organisations within the ACT to foster synergies between professions and to support the professional development and networking of the regions young professionals. The YPA includes over 6000 young professionals from several professional networks and associations. Our members represent the majority of young professional networks in the ACT region. In addition, it has formed strategic partnerships with several national professional bodies and the YPA is non-profit and non-political.

Each month one of the YPA members hosts an event open to all young professionals. The YPA is unique in Australia in its breadth of membership and goals to further the long term professional interests of young professionals in the ACT region.

The YPA goals are:

Promote and support the activities of young professional organisations in the ACT region;
Support the long term commitment of young professionals to the ACT, and
Provide the opportunity for young professionals to expand their networks and professional development opportunities
The YPA membership spans the arts, design, communications, law, engineering, property, accounting, architecture, business, IT, environmental management, small business, financial sector and the public sector. For more information please visit: www.ypa.net.au
