PROPERTY INVESTMENT AWARD

City Plan Services Award for Residential Developments

Aims to recognise and publicly reward the efficient use of capital in a new or refurbished residential development.

The Award is open to members of the Property Council of Australia only. Eligible entrants will be residential property developments or refurbishments completed in the previous five years, have been operating for at least one year as at February 2009 and have not previously won the Award.

A development that has not previously won an award may be nominated for more than one year.
