Rider Levett Bucknall Award for Office Developments

Aims to recognise and publicly reward the efficient use of capital in a new or refurbished office or commercial development. Eligible entrants will be property developments or refurbishments completed in the previous five years, have been operating for at least one year as at February 2009 and have not previously won the Award.

A development that has not previously won an award may be nominated for more than one year.
