Woodhead Award for Mixed Use Developments

Aims to recognise Innovation and Excellence in the design and development of mixed-use developments.

This award is open to developments that comprise at least three substantive uses from the following categories - office; retail; residential; tourism and leisure; community facilities; logistics/warehouse; distribution or high technology.

The Award is open to members of the Property Council of Australia only.
