Grande Pacific
Broadwater

Grande Pacific Ltd has been established as a Specialist Independent Living Communities (ILC's) provider. Grande Pacific draws together the expertise of several highly skilled property developers and financiers, with a depth of experience in both Australia and New Zealand.

Grande Pacific's inaugural ILC project now under construction is the $70 million 25 storey Grande Pacific Broadwater at Southport featuring 116 apartments. Around 200 apartments are planned for The Grand Pacific Imperial at Labrador.

Grande Pacific Broadwater is Australia’s first high-rise lifestyle retirement resort.  The five-star, 25-level resort is at 70 Marine Parade, Southport, and has 108 apartments, all with Broadwater views.

It is designed by TVS Partnership and developed by Grande Pacific Limited, associated with listed company City Pacific and Hallmount, linked to developer David Cherry.  Prices start at $226,000 for a studio apartment, rising to $2.2 million for a whole-floor sub-penthouse.
