The recently completed, 177 Pacific Highway project is the first new office tower completed in the North Sydney CBD in the past six years.
On the back of the success of the project, coupled with a number of major residential developments, public realm improvements as well as the planned Victoria Cross Metro Station, the North Sydney office market is currently experiencing a renewed level of interest as an alternative destination for major commercial tenants and office investment.
Developed and constructed by the CIMIC Group (previously Leighton Holdings) for Singapore’s Suntect REIT, the landmark 5-star Green Star office tower is now home to major international tenants including Vodaphone, Cisco, Objective Corporation, Pepper and Jacobs.
The 40,000 sqm building, designed by acclaimed architects Bates Smart, features impressive rectilinear volumes that have been uniquely sculpted to eliminate overshadowing of surrounding public spaces in mid-winter, while accommodating the site’s irregular geometry.
Join project partners Bates Smart and Avenor as well as Joseph Hill, Head of Strategic Planning at North Sydney Council on an exclusive tour of North Sydney’s newest tall building.
