The aim of this course is to overview the role of an operations, facilities or property supervisor.
By the end of this course you will be able to identify and manage risk and maintain compliance procedures to ensure a safe working environment for employees and visitors to the premises. The objectives are to explore the scope of the role in a ‘corporate setting’, examine the key responsibilities and confirm the technical areas which will impact the role. Participants will explore the importance of compliance and certification, maintenance and risk management, contracts and contractor management, budgets and reporting.
